ABOUT THE CLUB
The Cheyenne Gymnastics Parent Booster Club (CGPBC) was organized in 2008 to help alleviate costs incurred during our competitive season. The CGPBC is open to any parent/guardian of an active team gymnast. Each member is expected to volunteer throughout the year to qualify for the funds that we raise. Funds raised from volunteering can be used towards meets,
gymnastics apparel, and different gymnastics-related events. Funds raised may not be applied to monthly tuition. Additionally, we raise money to support gym operations by defraying the cost of team events, saving for equipment upgrades, and eventually, hosting our own meet. We encourage you to get involved!
Membership
We encourage all team parents/guardians to join Cheyenne Gymnastics Parent Booster Club! Each family receives one vote on voting issues, though if a family has multiple gymnasts competing, multiple linked fundraising accounts will be established (and additional volunteering effort is required to receive funds for each gymnast). There are no dues, and you are required to attend a minimum of one meeting each six months (but we hope you'll attend them all!)
Once your membership form is submitted, the club treasurer will establish your gymnast's account in Google Sheets so you can monitor real-time account funds.
