CHEYENNE GYMNASTICS COACHING STAFF

Cheyenne Gymnastics operates under the Community Recreation and Events Department's Recreation Division of the City of Cheyenne. All coaches are city employees who undergo rigorous training to provide safe coaching practices, and are all certified USA Gymnastics coaches. In addition to coaching the Xcel competitive teams, these coaches and additional Cheyenne Gymnastics staff coach mom-and-tot classes, basics classes, preschool classes, and pre-team. Head coach Shannon Mitchell serves as a non-voting member of CGPBC, which is an independent organization.
