NEW HOME OF CHEYENNE GYMNASTICS

Cheyenne Gymnastics has served thousands of children in Cheyenne since the City of Cheyenne started the program nearly 50 years ago! The City of Cheyenne municipality is building a new gymnastics facility near the Ice and Events Center to keep up with the growth and demand for the sport in our community. Funding for the facility has come from a variety of sources: ARPA funds, land sales, strategic savings over multiple years, and the sale of our previous facility to Laramie County School District #1.

 

Currently, Cheyenne Gymnastics has 400 participants—both competitive team gymnasts and recreation program participants—housed in a temporary facility with an additional 300+ youth on the waiting list. We need your help to fill the new (coming in 2025) gymnastics facility with additional equipment to allow growth in participation and programming, and to strengthen the lives of children through programs that will build confidence, social engagement, and healthy bodies. 

 

Graduates of our recreational and competitive programs have gone on to become leaders amongst their friends, peers, and colleagues, and continue to have a great relationship with staying healthy and fit. Additionally, gymnastics provides a significant positive economic impact to our community!
